Refund + Shipping Policy

Estimated Order Processing Time: 7-10 business days 

Once an item has shipped, delivery will depend on the carrier and shipping speed chosen at checkout.  Handcrafted PDX is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  All fragile items will be packaged carefully to ensure safe arrival.  If your item arrives damaged, please provide a photo of the item(s) as well as a photo of the shipping box.  Direct your email to saundrarosepdx@gmail.com and include your order number.

We ship all items in as environmentally friendly way as possible. You may receive your shipment in new or upcycled packaging.  All "packing peanuts" are made from cornstarch and can be composted or dissolved in water.  

We are happy to offer free local delivery to the Portland Metro Area. 

No Refunds Or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and the absence of chemical stabilizers, our body butters can melt during shipping in the warmer months. As a remedy, place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to re-solidify.

Please check your address to confirm it is correct.  In the event that the address is incorrectly entered at checkout and returned to us by the carrier, you will be charged a $10 processing fee and the additional shipping fee.
