How to use: Mix two parts water, apple cider vinegar, hydrosol, or your favorite serum with one part clay. Example: one cup clay to two cups water for the whole body or one tablespoon clay to two tablespoons water for the face. Apply with a facial or body brush. For oily skin let sit on the skin for ten to twenty minutes. For sensitive skin let sit on the skin for five to ten minutes. A cooling then warming and tightening sensation is expected. Great as a spot treatment on blemishes. Rinse with temped water and a wash cloth or your fingertips. To use as a mud bath use two cups of clay in your desired temperature bath water to absorb toxins from the body.
